Hot Water Pumps
Hot water pumping is a critical requirement across various industries, yet it remains a significant challenge for many organizations. Traditionally, submersible pumps were not recommended for hot water applications due to difficulties in motor cooling.
With years of expertise, we have successfully worked pumps capable of handling liquid temperatures up to 90°C, making them ideal for a wide range of hot water pumping applications.

- Impeller: Specially designed corrosion- and erosion-resistant impellers tailored for specific applications, capable of handling solids up to 100mm.
- Motor: High-efficiency dry motor with built-in protection against temperature rise, designed to withstand wide voltage fluctuations.
- Shaft: Extra heavy-duty stainless steel shaft for enhanced durability and performance.
- Mechanical Seals: Dual mechanical seals with specialized rubber materials, housed in independent chambers. The design prevents exposure to pumped liquid and operates independently of discharge pressure.
- Bearings: Heavy-duty ball bearings at both the top and bottom ends, ensuring stability and load balance under adverse conditions.
- Cable Sealing: Advanced leak-proof cable sealing system prevents water ingress through the cable, eliminating the need to open the motor for cable replacement.
